Hor's D'oeuvres

ANTIPASTO

A traditional styled antipasto that includes: cured meats, olives, peperoncini, marinated mushrooms & artichoke hearts, various cheeses and vegetables in oil or vinegar.

ASIAN CHILI TURKEY MEATBALLS

These meatballs, made with ground turkey, are not only healthy, they are incredibly flavorful, seasoned with lemongrass, ginger, and shallots. Served with Thai Chili Sauce.

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES

Chicken, egg & celery with a light mango infused dressing on soft white & wheat bread.

GAZPACHO WITH GRILLED CHEESE GARNISH

California version of the classic Spanish gazpacho! Chilled soup made with ripe fresh tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, and onions and topped with a classic American cheese grilled cheese sandwich wedge.

LADY BUG CAPRESE

PALMETTO CHEESE SANDWICHES

The perfect pimento cheese was born in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and you have never had pimento cheese like this! Real Cheese, Real Southern & Really Good! Palmetto Cheese is pimento cheese with soul, made in SC with Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Served on dark pumpernickel bread and garnished with cherry tomatoes.

SMOKED SALMON ROULADE

This simple-ingredient smoked salmon roulade recipe is gluten-free, low carb & high in protein.

TRES SALSAS

Fresh sweet mango mingles with the heat of a jalapeno pepper in this tropical Shrimp & Mango Ceviche.   Guacamole is a traditional dip and garnish used in Mexican fare, although it originated in Aztec culture.  In Mexican cuisine, pico de gallo also called salsa fresca, is made from chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, fresh serranos salt, and lime juice. Served with “scoop” styled corn chips.

ARTESIAN LETTUCES AND LADY BUG CAPRESE

Caprese salad ingredients--tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese--arranged creatively to make adorable ladybug bites. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

BABY LETTUCES, STRAWBERRIES, ALMONDS & GORGONZOLA

This beautiful salad can be served as a first course for a seated dinner, or as part of a buffet. Served with Orange-Mustard Vinaigrette.

This ceviche is fully cooked, brightly flavored and is good enough to eat all by itself!

Bone-in Honey Glazed Ham

This honey garlic baked ham is dripping with flavor and perfect for the holidays or a Sunday supper.

Pork Tenderloin seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh rosemary then smoked grilled to perfection! Served with Pineapple Jezabel Sauce.

SMOKED BEEF BRISKET

My award winning brisket, smoked for over 8 hours and served with sauces on the side: South Carolina Mustard, Kentucky Bourbon, Charleston Chocolate Chipotle, Georgia Hickory Smoked, or Traditional BBQ Sauces.

Tender and elegant! Cooked to a perfect medium-rare and served with whipped horseradish & garlic sauce.

DUCHESS POTATOES

Duchess potatoes are a rather precious way of serving mashed potatoes. They are piped in decorative swirls, usually formed into individual portions, painted with butter, and browned in the oven.

FRENCH ONION PORTABELLA MUSHROOM

This French onion soup-inspired recipe takes stuffed mushrooms from hors d'oeuvres to elegant vegetarian main course.
