An Eight Ate at Eight Event is Unique.
Eight Ate at Eight events are unique in the fact that most of the food preparation is done in your own kitchen by Chef Geoseff.
This ensures that all food items are served fresh, hot or cold, and at the best time for consumption. Hot rolls are fresh out of the oven, and chilled shrimp are just that… chilled!
But it’s not just the food – it’s the entire concierge-level experience. Table décor, plates, flatware, glassware, linens are all part of the experience. Choose from sterling silver serving pieces, wood and wicker, or the casual elegance of white porcelain. Also, fresh floral arrangements and candles can be provided.
Chef Geoseff arrives from two to six hours before your event, depending on the menu, and will make sure that everything is perfect prior to your first guest’s arrival.
Your service fee always includes pre-event consultation and planning, ingredient procurement, set-up, servicing during the party, and clean-up. Certain additional items can also be included without an additional charge. Items such as: glass plates, all-purpose glasses and wine glasses, black and white linens, and more.
